Image rights authorisation
To authorise the taking and publishing of photos or videos of you or your child.
The template text in French (the one on the document) — « Autorisation de droit à l'image »
The document starts with « Je soussigné(e) [your name], born on…, residing at…, » (I, the undersigned)
autorise [nom de la personne ou de l'organisme] à photographier ou filmer [moi-même / mon enfant Prénom NOM] lors de [événement] et à diffuser ces images sur [supports : site, réseaux sociaux, journal…], sans contrepartie financière, pour une durée de [durée].
Je peux retirer cette autorisation à tout moment par écrit.
Translation (to understand)
authorise [name of the person or organisation] to photograph or film [myself / my child First name SURNAME] during [event] and to publish these images on [media: website, social networks, newspaper…], without payment, for a period of [duration].
I may withdraw this authorisation at any time in writing.
When to use it? Club, association, school, photographer, wedding, company video.
Good to know: specify the media and duration clearly; for a minor, the parents sign.
